Terms and Conditions: All prices are quoted for unframed paintings. However we could do the framing at an extra cost which would be quoted separately on a case-to-case basis. All sales are against 100% payment in advance. All payments are to be made in the favour of “Anupam Bhatnagar” within 10 working days from the date of the order. The paintings that are unframed & unmounted will be shipped in a rolled format & in protective cylinders. For the paintings that are shipped with glass frames, we cannot provide any guarantee for the Glass, though utmost care is taken while packing. The packing, shipping and insurance cost is not mentioned in the listed price. Please mention the delivery address in the communication. We will then send you the actual, packing, shipping and insurance amount for confirmation before the dispatch. Shipping cost as per actual. Insurance cost as per actual. Extreme care is taken in the packaging of paintings, however insurance against damage/loss in transit is recommended. Cost of packing, shipping and insurance to be born by the clients. Shipping cost would be extra based on the destination. It will also vary in accordance with your packing instructions. The dispatch will be done within 15 days of confirmed receipt of the full value of the shipment. Orders where payment is by cheque will be shipped only after clearance of the same. While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted on the website, it is understood that since each painting is individually painted there may be variations in shade and colour. No complaints in this regard would be entertained. Anupam Bhatnagar holds the copyright in all the art works/paintings even after sale including the right to publish in any manner, any work after sale.
