A separate certificate of authenticity will be issued for each work of art purchased from us. This certificate will carry an image of the work and mention the title, dimensions and the medium. Authenticity in relation to artworks shall mean compliance of the artwork with the description provided on the website, particularly with reference to the name of the artist, title (if any) of the artwork itself, date, the school of art (if mentioned), dimensions, medium etc. This authenticity guarantee is valid for 1 year after receiving the sale contract,if the artwork has been purchased at www.anupam4art.com and if only the actual purchaser (not assignable to another person) makes the claim. The authenticity certificate will be sent 4-6 weeks after the purchase transaction has been completed. This will be sent by Registered Post/Courier. If for some reason it is found that the artwork purchased by you from www.anupam4art.com is not the original piece of art, we will refund the complete amount paid towards purchase of this artwork along with the shipping cost paid by you (If any). These cases will be handled on a case by case basis. However this claim has to be backed by an established authority and provided with undisputable proof of the same. Additionally the artwork has to be returned in the same condition as it has been sent to the purchaser.
