A: My Profile section on the website shows the full detail about the artist, his shows and his journey till now.

A: My Works section on the website shows all the works made by the artist irrespective of categories.

Q: What is Testimonials?

A: Testimonials are the comments given by the art critics and various artist and visitors visiting the exhibition and shows.

Q: What is Recent Work section?

A: The Recent Work section on the website shows all the latest and new artwork made by artist at one place.

Q: What is Sold Work section?

A: The Sold Work section on the website shows the artwork sold earlier.This section also gives an insight about the varied artwork produced by the artist and the range of his thoughts.

A: The My Photos section on the website shows my earlier shows and some ofits beautiful moments captured.

Q: How will I know if the works posted on this site are original?

A: We certify that every artwork displayed on the website is genuine work of the artist and for that we provide a “Certificate of Authentication” with every purchase of artwork from our website for further details you can see our Authentication section.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes. We do ship overseas.

Q: What are the shipping, handling and insurance charges?

A: The Shipping cost and Insurance Cost is applicable as per actual rates.

Q: Do you deliver within India?

A: Yes. We do certainly deliver within India.

Q: How do I order a painting?

A: To buy one or more artworks, while visiting the diverse sections of the website, simply click on the Buy button besides every available artwork. The artworks without an active button Buy are not available for purchase. After clicking on the button, you will be proceeded to the Contact Me page and there you have to select

Query:            Here you can ask anything related to the artwork or if you have any 

                      doubt in your mind

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: Please note that all orders are shipped only upon receipt of the payment in our bank account (please allow a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks for clearance).

Q: How can I track my order?

A: After the payments have cleared, the art pieces will be dispatched.Your shipment will take approximately 7-10 days to arrive depending on the destination. However, if it does not arrive after 10 days, please contact us at bhatnagar.jpr@gmail.com  for the tracking number.

Q: Can I trust you to deliver my purchases?

A: We fully appreciate how unnerving Internet purchases can be...especially when you are purchasing goods from someone with whom you have never done business before.  As reassurance, we can offer only our good name, acquired in over 20 years of selling art to satisfied customers.

Q: Are all the paintings on your site available for sale?

A: Yes... all the paintings except the paintings marked with red dot are for sale. The painting with red dot beneath the painting shows the painting SOLD earlier.

Q: Are your paintings stretched and framed?

A: No.  All of our paintings are unstretched and unframed, and would be shipped that way. The shipment of unstretched paintings is much safer, and framing is very much a matter of personal preference & thus best done by the customer himself.

Q: How do you ship & what are the approximate shipping costs?

A: All our shipments are sent by FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS LTD.  All shipments must be insured with the carrier. Delivery time to any city in INDIA is typically 2 - 3 days.  Delivery to anywhere in the world is typically 7 - 10 days.

For shipping, we require your exact shipping address, as well as a contact telephone number.  As soon as your purchases have been shipped, we will email you the FIRST FLIGHT tracking number.

After you show interest in buying any art work from www.anupam4art.com we will send you the exact details of cost of shipping one painting with FIRST FLIGHT with Insurance details if you want the same. Shipping two or more paintings together can result insubstantial savings on shipping costs, as we will be able to consolidate your shipment.

As soon as the Artwork is shipped, Buyer will be informed with the proper information.

Q: Do you give discounts?

A: No, we do not.  Our prices are very fair to begin with.
